Julio
Bernal Gómez
General Manager and founder of J&B Consultants,
he got the rank of General in the National Police of
Perú.
After
an impeccable professional performance of services given
to the country, he became a criminal attorney, graduated
from the National University of Trujillo and with studies
of specialization in accounting from the National University
Mayor de San Marcos.
He also got a degree in the Management School of
the Investigative Police of Perú, where years
later became the Director. He also got a degree
in the Center of High Military Studies (CAEM) where
he followed studies about national reality. One
of the last positions he held during his active
service for the National Police was as Regional
Director in the Imperial city of Cusco, where he
performed an important labor in favor of the city
security and protection of the national cultural
heritage.
Julio Bernal Cavero
Senior Consultant, he got his Juris Doctor degree
in the National University of Trujillo, following
later master studies in criminal law and a PHD in
Law. He also graduated from the 136th session in the
Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy
(FBI) in Quantico, Virginia where he followed studies
of specialization on criminal investigation.
He has also followed researching courses about counterfeiting
in the Secret Service Academy of the United States
and a course about VIP protection in the training
center of the Diplomatic Security Service among other
American agencies. Julio Bernal Cavero has a wide
experience as a lawyer and as specialized investigator
on frauds, due diligence, and brand protection which
allows him to guide efficiently the operations that
take place in the company.
He began his career as investigator after graduating
from the Investigative National Police Academy, where
after a remarkable performance reached the rank of
Lieutenant Colonel having important positions on specialized
departments in Criminal Investigation, Customs frauds,
Criminal and State Security Direction where he worked
as chief of the police protection team assigned to
the personal protection of the Ambassador of the United
States from 1990 to 1995.
In addition to his criminal investigative labor, Dr.
Bernal has performed academic endeavors as a law professor
in the prestigious universities of Lima as well as
for the Public Ministry Academy. Moreover, he has
also done scholarly work for the Forensic Science
Institute of the National Police of Peru. In the year
2008 he was contracted as external consultant by the
Office of the United Nations against Drugs and Crimes
(ONUD) to integrate the team of instructors during
the training courses scheduled for Public Attorneys
of the cities of Tacna, Arequipa and Chiclayo on the
subject of implementation of the New Procedural Penal
Code. Further in August, 2008, Julio Bernal was contracted
by the Academic Direction of the Faculty of Tourism
and Hospitality of the Private University of San Martin
de Porres to teach the course of Hotel Business Security,
course that has been recently included in the program
of studies of the above mentioned Faculty and that
for the first time is being dictated in a Peruvian
University.
Norma Bernal Cavero
Administrative Manager, Public Accountant with a wide
experience in the State Administration, where she
worked for 20 years. Efficient professional with several
specialization studies on financial and accounting
subjects that allow her to guide the task of investigation
and accounting within the company. She got a proficiency
degree in English and French, representing a valuable
partner for the international communication between
the company and its customers.
The
last position she had in the public sector was as
a deputy Director of the Accounting Department of
the Agriculture Ministry, working later as a private
accounting advisor.
Cindy Bernal
She is a paralegal and Florida Notary Public. In
the year 2001 she received a Bachelor Degree in
Arts from the Catholic University of Peru (PUCP)
and in 2002 she completed her 1st year of law school
in said university. Later she moved to the United
States to continue her education. She received her
legal assistant title on April 2007. On the same
year she was employed as a legal assistant for a
prestigious Brickell Law firm in Miami city. She
performed important and complex legal investigations
related to topics of intellectual property and others.
Cindy has also worked in a law firm dedicated to
deal with Home owners' and Condominium Associations
issues in diverse locations of Florida. Cindy is
an important counselor of J&B Consultants and
she offers consultancy on topics of her specialty
in addition to collaborating with the legal translation
of documents in her quality of bilingual professional.
Walli Butt
He
is an Attorney graduated from the School of Law
of the Florida International University (FIU). Before
reaching his legal studies, Zeshawn completed a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in
the University of the Florida in Gainsville (U.F).
He has focused his studies of specialization on
Commercial Law and Complex Business transactions.
Also, Zeshawn has continued a wide variety of specializing
courses that include legal topics on Internet law,
Payment Systems and Business law between others.
Zeshawn is a valuable advisor of J&B Consultants
and he offers consultancy related to legal topics
of his specialty and comparative law.
